We aim to bring together teams of high potential emerging leaders for an experiential leading programme that will build their capacity to develop products and projects that have the potential to change the world.
This is not a charity aid expedition
This is a hands on, on the ground, international enterprise and leadership challenge for high potential emerging leaders.
You will be challenged to use and build your capacities to deliver projects and products that have the potential to strengthen the work of our local delivery partners and the surrounding communities they support.
What should you expect?
You will have the opportunity to develop your self-awareness as well as your enterprise and leadership skills, through self-reflection and hands on opportunities.
You will be working with inspiring organisations to exchange skills, knowledge, and spark new thinking to find solutions for societal challenges both in South Africa and your own country.
We aim to make you unstoppable
Our programme will take you outside of your comfort zone to gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to tackle the next phase of your life.
You will leave understanding how you can play a part in tackling real world business and societal challenges. We aim to make you unstoppable when you return home.
What happens on the programme?
Our programmes follow our core philosophy for developing leadership capacity.
We recognise that people learn in different ways and while we take participants out in groups, participants are on a personal journey of discovery. Each trip is designed around participant’s personal interests and aspirations.
Participants are challenged to plan ahead, develop a global mind-set and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, learn how to work in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams, influence others, and improve their cultural intelligence.
Our programme provides a safe place to fail and we learn by doing. Our motto is that sometimes we win, sometimes we learn.
