What happens on our programme?
Before the trip, you have access to training and support designed to allow you to hit the ground running in South Africa, including:
While you are on the programme, you will:

You will also be leading on your own social action project to gain practical leadership skills
You will work as individuals or within small teams to research and test out entrepreneurial solutions to a societal challenge our partner organisations are tackling.

Leading a project gives you first hand, on the ground experience of creating a product or service that has the potential to change the world.

You will develop a global mind-set and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, learn how to work in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams, influence others, and improve your cultural intelligence.

After the programme you will become part of our alumni network
You will have the opportunity to network with other emerging leaders throughout the network.
Plus have an opportunity to return as Team Leaders to build upon your leadership capacity and lead the new generation of programmes.
